So I thought I'd try to get a bit more caught up. AGAIN. So far I've thought of this summer in terms of weeks, for some reason. So that's how I'll summarize:
May 28-June3
Monday was Memorial Day, so Scott was off work. We just enjoyed a relaxing day and then went to the Rockies game. Our friends were in town from Florida so it was so fun to have our families all together for the first time in several years.
This was also the first week of swimming lessons. I had tried to schedule all 3 boys (Aiden, Zane and Declan) for the same time period, but of course it didn't work out that way. So Aiden and Zane each had their class at 10:30 and then Declan's was at 11:15. So that took a chunk of each morning. But they all did great! And Declan is so much more comfortable in the water, which was the goal.

Baseball practices for Aiden and t-ball practices for Zane resumed this week. Thankfully they are at a school just a couple blocks away. Scott got talked into being an assistant coach for Aiden's team. This is GOOD, especially for them to spend time together. However it will make it more difficult for him to attend Zane's games and for me, in having to watch the little boys at every game, etc.
Liam turned ONE on the 30th! We had already celebrated with cake while my parents and grandpa were here a couple weeks before, so we just did gifts and tons of balloons. This kid ADORES balloons. He got several toys and a ride-on train that he loves to have his brothers push him on.

He is such a funny, happy child. But also very much a Momma's boy. He is great when I'm not around -- but if I am, he has to be in my arms or on my lap. He will follow me from room to room and just hang on my legs. It can get frustrating, but I'm trying to remember he is my last baby and this will pass so quickly.
Also had lunch at a park with a friend and her two little girls. Brenna and I got to fight over holding the baby. ;)
Zane enjoyed taking the older sister on the playground equipment and down the slide.
Good first week of summer!
