singing for the Lord

Brenna takes part in a music class called His Kids. It's at a nearby church, and they meet each Sunday afternoon. They learn music theory, bible verses and practice for a performance that they put on twice a year. The spring performance was last night. It had an Olympic theme, interwoven with a great message about talking to people about Jesus.

Brenna is in the back row on the end, wearing green. The boy in front with the fake muscles was the main character -- an Olympian from Finland. So he had to do an accent -- he did great! We all walked around saying, "Ya" afterward.

Brenna had a small singing solo and a speaking part. She was a bit nervous at first, but delivered well. Terrific job, Brenna!

Next year Aiden will be old enough to join the group also.
