He did great during his visit -- he was very alert and calm while the doctor examined him. Unfortunately, then he had to get his foot pricked for the PKU screening. He cared for that not at all, but he recovered quickly.
The doctor said everything looked wonderful and he's very healthy.
It's funny how at 2 weeks, babies already develop a personality. He's a pretty mellow fellow for the most part, just getting fussy close to eating time. He's focusing on faces quite a bit and likes to look around him.
It's been so much fun getting to know him!
