On the slopes

You'd think living here in Colorado, we'd all be ski bunnies. However, even though I'm a native, I've only been skiing a handful of times. Scott has lived here since he was a child and has only been once.


So when the opportunity for a ski trip came up through Options, I quickly signed up Scott, Conner and Chase. Since it was a school group, we got a hugely discounted price -- it was a package deal with their lessons, lift tickets and equipment rental all included.




Chase and Scott took the ski lessons, while Conner tried out snowboarding. They had a great day for it -- bright, sunny skies and warm temperatures. Unfortunately that also means that they got a bit sunburned.


They said they had a fun time and will do it again.
