Zane

So Zane has had a rough month. First, he had a cold that lingered over a week. Then he developed herpetic whitlow on his thumb. As that cleared up, he got another cold and an ear infection. We put him on amoxicillin because we need his ears healthy to have his ear tag removed soon. The day after he finished his prescription, he developed a rash from the amoxicillin.

This is yesterday, when the rash began:

And today it looks even worse:

According to the doctor, it should clear up pretty fast. It doesn't seem to bother him much, just minor itching. But it sure looks terrible!

I pray my little boy has met his quota for the year, and can stay healthy now!
